Spread the Word: Ryan Foot & Ankle Clinic Annual Shoe & Sock Drive

As a podiatry clinic in Concord NC, Ryan Foot & Ankle Clinic knows first-hand how critical shoes are to the health of an individual, not to mention the basic opportunities available to those who have footwear, such as the ability to enter retail establishments, go to school/work and to help stay warm in the winter months.

In the last 3 years, Dr. David Garchar and the Concord Ryan Foot & Ankle Clinic office have received over 350 pairs of gently used/new shoes and over 125 pair of new socks, which are donated to various community organizations.

Dr. Garchar’s goal in the community is to serve people, and help them live a pain-free life when it comes to their feet. By recycling gently worn shoes and new socks through our annual shoe drive, the discarded footwear will be given a second chance at life!

If you would like to help in this project, bring gently worn/new shoes and new socks to the Concord podiatry office through November. Our goal for 2019 is 100 pair of shoes and 50 pair of new socks. Please see below for drop-off information.
