As an alternative to visiting the office, we are pleased to offer patients Virtual Telehealth Services. Consultation for both new and established patients are available. This can include patients with conditions including but not limited to foot pain, injuries, heel pain (both adults/kids), arch pain, ankle pain, arthritis and toenail conditions. During the virtual visit a determination can be made if further investigation will be necessary in the office.

How do I schedule my virtual appointment?
Just call our office at 704-544-6517 or request a virtual Telehealth appointment using the online internet request portal. Once the date and time is established our office will initiate the appointment with the Doxy.me secure Telehealth platform. A link the day of the appointment will sent to you either by E-mail or text on your phone (whichever one you choose) l
What do I need for my appointment?
You will need a computer with Goggle Chrome, smartphone (I-Phone/IOS with Safari 11+ or Android with Goggle Chrome) or tablet I-PAD/IOS with Safari 11+ or Android with Goggle Chrome) with a camera and microphone
Is my Virtual Visit covered by insurance?
Yes, your virtual appointment will be covered by insurance (subject to standard copay and deductibles)
